1. Directory service
US Startup Map is an informational directory. We try to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that company, funding, hiring or contact information is complete or current. Verify important information with the relevant company.
2. Submissions
You may submit only accurate information that you are permitted to share. We may edit, decline, remove or delay any listing at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication.
3. Advertising purchases
Advertising is a one-time digital placement for the duration and position shown on the pricing page. There is no automatic renewal. The price, duration and delivery method displayed at checkout form part of your order.
4. Creative review
Ads must be lawful, accurate, safe for general audiences and authorized by the advertiser. We reject deceptive claims, impersonation, malware, adult content, illegal products and material that infringes third-party rights. Payment does not waive this review.
5. No performance guarantee
We deliver the purchased placement, not a guaranteed number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, funding outcomes or hires. Temporary maintenance and reasonable technical interruptions may occur.
6. Payments and refunds
Dodo Payments acts as the payment provider and merchant of record for eligible transactions. Purchases are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable Dodo buyer terms shown during checkout.
7. Intellectual property
Advertisers retain ownership of their creative and grant us a limited license to display it for campaign delivery and related records. The US Startup Map name, interface and original content may not be copied or represented as another service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability relating to a paid placement will not exceed the amount paid for that placement.
