No refunds
Because placement capacity is limited and campaign review begins immediately, payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after purchase. This includes a change of mind, unused campaign time caused by an advertiser, failure to supply an acceptable creative, or results below an advertiser's expectations.
Rejected or delayed creative
If submitted material violates our terms, the advertiser may provide a compliant replacement. Campaign delivery begins only after approval. A rejected creative does not create a right to a refund.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly about a suspected duplicate or unauthorized charge. We will investigate with Dodo Payments. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or rights provided by Dodo's buyer terms.
