Information you provide
We collect the details you submit through startup, advertising and contact forms, including names, business contact information, company URLs, campaign details and messages. Do not submit sensitive personal data.
Public directory information
Approved company information may be published on the directory. Submitter email addresses, internal review notes, payment identifiers and contact inquiries are not displayed publicly.
Service providers
We use Google Sheets to store directory and form records, Dodo Payments to process advertising purchases, and CARTO/OpenStreetMap services to render map tiles. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Payment data
Card and payment method details are entered on Dodo Payments' hosted checkout and are not stored by US Startup Map. We retain transaction identifiers and payment status needed to reconcile and deliver an order.
Technical data
Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser, device and request logs for security, reliability and abuse prevention. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for directory maintenance, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized operators, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and transaction-record requirements. Email work@advlst.in.
